An exciting management opportunity has arisen in our luxury bridal and fashion alteration business, managing a growing team of ten, and reporting directly in to the Founder. We are looking for a great people person, someone that thrives in a team and is able to influence and manage others effectively to drive results.

The role will be best suited to a highly organised, hard working and committed person, who has experience working in the fashion industry with a strong ‘can do’ attitude.


  • Manage a team of ten, with a minimum of three direct reports. Organise and delegate workload, effectively prioritising the most urgent and important tasks
  • Ensure the studio runs effectively and efficiently, including:
    • Manage all studio digital systems and applications (e.g. production book, calendars).
    • Manage the workflow of all goods that enter the studio and ensure they are delivered to our clients on time and to the highest quality (in line with Sewn Right requirements).
      Manage sewing freelancer schedule.
  • Manage the overall customer experience – working to develop and implement the perfect “Sewn Right Experience”, training and championing the customer experience across the wider team.
  • Manage online accountancy tool, creating and managing invoices.
  • Responsible for the studio appearance, ensuring brand standards are maintained.

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience of managing a small team is a must.
  • Experience in other customer service roles, in a fashion environment.
  • An understanding of fashion design is an advantage, but not a must.
  • Experience in the Bridal industry is also an advantage, but not a must.
  • Excellent fluency in English and grammar.
  • Full UK driving licence (ability to use our studio van).
  • Familiar with G Drive software (Google Docs, Google Sheets) – experience with Microsoft applications will be accepted, and tech/app savvy.

The details

  • Permanent position
  • Based in Wandsworth, London
  • Full time, 5 days per week, 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hr lunch break)
  • Salary – Competitive & 25 days holiday
